Rose is not happy. First of all, she finds the Buick after some of Robin's other girls found it. Secondly, it's late, and she's had a very hard day. Thirdly, she doesn't like the rev limiter on the car. After several minutes of trying to rev it in both her sandals and her GORGEOUS bare feet, she decides she'll teach it a lesson and make the poor tires be the "whipping boy" for the engine... she smokes them out and decides she cares not for the Buick anymore!
