Sioux is laying in bed smoking a pair of Virginia Slim 120s. Smoking two at a time, she is able to draw twice the creamy tobacco smoke into her mouth at once, which allows her to fill her mouth to the brim with the milky smoke. She puffs away at both cigarettes, performing french rolls and snap inhales until both are burnt down to the filter.
