This is Kira's Indoctrination into the "ways" of Stepford. Upon arrival at the Stepford Welcome Centre.....otherwise known as the Stepford "Training Facility"....Kira is easily Indoctrinated....as she "watches the watch" intently.....and succumbs to the Stepford spell.
