We have 19 Year old Evelyn getting tickled for the first time. Her feet are the WORST part of her body and I get them well. Unfortunately she had to run so this has NO UPPERBODY. But she is coming back for more. But don't get me wrong I tickle her size 8 feet to the brink. She was pretty strong so I added some extra restraint.
