After a 5 month hiatus, Carmen returns to take on the scenario she’s been waiting for. As she brings to live the scuba diva who tests out the gear to no avail and falls for a seriously deceptive plot by a would-be equipment manufacturer who she believes will help her work her way through Florida over the winter months so she can dive and enjoy warmer weather and blue waters.
