First she gets a relaxing induction, conditioning her to easily go in and out of a trance.

Then she is conditioned to be triggered by the sound of a bell. First it makes her yawn. Then it gives her an itchy nose. Then it makes an imaginary kitten appear and disappear right before her eyes.

She gets programmed with another trigger - when she hears the word "strip" she will remove whatever piece of clothing she is told to, without knowing why.
