Story: I take a really junky 1990 Subaru Legacy onto a mixed surface race. The car isn't too bad all things considered, but it's not that fast and the brakes sort of work with the pedal floored. Working the pedals with my tall wedge platform sandals is challenging enough but I still manage to come in first.
