You grab bottle of shampoo and pour right out of the bottle- lots of it. All over the back of your head, down your hair and start washing it really good and sudsy for a while. Then, you decide you just don't have enough so you grab shampoo and pour more onto your lathered hair and wash until you think it is completely clean and you wash it out! You can decide condition or not I just want to see to very end of video when you have your hair wrapped in towel and you're done with everything.
