It isn't all candy and cream for me, sometimes I enjoy a nice, tasty parfait. Parfaits have many layers but I am not happy with the sad number on mine. I decide to take matters into my own hands, with a hand job, and add an extra creamy layer to my delicious parfait. The more protein the merrier!
