Next, I wanted something crunchy with carbs so I grabbed a chocolate chip granola bar. Not my favorite brand for these, but it fills the hole. I tell you that I thought about not eating both granola bars, but too late! I already ate ‘em. I drink enhanced water (grape) out of a big mason jar with a straw.
