I just got back from a run and sometimes running gets my IBS to flaring up. Today is one of those days and my stomach and intestines are rumbling. I'm so gassy and I'm sharing it with you. I know how hot it makes you when I fart and stink up the whole room. Now I'm sweaty and stinky from my run and also gassy. I smell horrible in so many ways!
