My IBS has been kicking my ass lately and it doesn't look like it's going to let up any time. I've been in pain and my stomach has been upset for days now. I'm taking time off of work because I feel so terrible and because I don't think anyone at the office could tolerate my stench right now. I'm have a particularly rough morning and the pain just won't let up. The only way I can feel sort of comfortable is if I lay awkwardly on my couch. This position allows me to release a lot of gas that has been trapped inside me. It feels so good when it finally out of my tight ass hole but the pains are relentless and come right back with a vengeance. I cry out in pain as the gas moves through my intestines and out of my rectum to dissipate into the air in the room around me.
