I'm hungry and I took off of work today because my IBS has flared up. I'm farting up a storm on my day off with massive stomach cramps and HORRIBLY SMELLY gas. I am hungry though and even though this wheat bread is going to make my stomach ache worse I am diving in head first because I don't love a whole lot more in this world than a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I am still suffering greatly from gas but I make my food and fart while I do it!
