In clip IV, Kel tells us that she doesn't feel like dancing and the only time she dances is when she is alone in the shower. For some reason she just thinks she is not a good dancer at all. So with a little bit of training, we have Kel's body trained to dance whenever she hears the music.

Sure enough when we start with a little Rhianna, Kel's body stands up and starts to dance. And when the music stops... frozen in place just like a statue realizing that she was just dancing. Frozen in place you can just see the anticipation of what comes next.
