We're sat in the gym teacher's office just as they walk in for a meeting we all arranged. We explain that the "diet" they've been helping us with isn't working, but we're unsure as to why seeing as we followed their instructions exactly! Loading up on carbs, moving as little as possible, then during gym class following their workout instructions which seem to be getting more & more difficult ???? in reality we've both gained a lot of weight, therefore of course they're more difficult!
