I'm eating much more than I thought ????

Come get a glimpse into my normal day of eating. I calorie count for the first time and realise I'm eating a whole lot more than I could have imagined.

I start the day with a delicious fried snack prepared by my best friend. For lunch I find myself slurping down some extra fattening ramen and eating rice paper rolls with my first vegetables I've eaten in weeks.

I then head down to the takeaway shop for a mini public stuffing of salty fried goodness and some dessert of sweet buns and ice cream. ...
