Little Dee here! This time the masked creep begins talking to little Dee from behind the camera. He mentions "wearing duct tape" to which Dee response, "Why would anyone wear duct tape?" Next we get to see the creep completely bind up Little Dee with sticky duct tape, all done ONSCREEN! He then removes her shoes, revealing her perfect NYLON covered soles! For the final touch he stuffs a pair of her worn PANTIES in her mouth and seals them in with 3 separate strips of duct tape. Dee then struggles her little head off but to no avail.
