She has a baby octopus and is ready to munch it up. She's going to toy with it first! She teases it and decides to eat it one leg at a time, sticking out her tongue so you can see the amputated tentacle in her mouth. Sucking and chewing, licking and biting. Once all it's poor legs are detached, she pops it's body into her mouth for a chew as she laughs. Ground up, she gives it a swallow and a smile as the bits go to her tummy.
