Katie and Tay are sick and tired of their roommate not paying rent. Lela's problem is that she's getting too many speeding tickets so she cannot afford rent! Her roommates are going to do some preventative measures in trying to get Lela to lighten up her heavy driving feet... maybe some tickling will do the trick!
