Officer Finch has been giving Dre a lot of speeding tickets. Dre can't afford them one day, so officer Finch lets her work off the balance another way -he sets her up to Tickle her roommate... well now it's time for Revenge!
When he comes over to watch, Dre and Tay him lock him up in the Stocks! They proceed to Tickle officer Finch with their Fingers and Feathers until he can't handle it anymore. They have so much fun, they decide they'll take the cop car out and pull over hot men and Tickle them!
