This is the second installment of Addie and Heather's Tickling Competition and some much deserved payback for when Addie tickled Miss West (Check out Part 1 in "Heather West Hogtied and Tickled by Addie Juniper")! Her hands and feet ropetied behind her back, Addie is unable to fight back when Heather does her worst. Between tickling her feet, her butt, and her sides, all Addie can do is squirm and giggle. Heather also uses a brush with its tiny bristles to increase sensitivity. Loads of laughing!
