Jessie and the Tickler get Charlotte's ticklish upperbody now. They drive her crazy with a lot of fun. This is great to watch because Charlotte is a very nice and charming ticklee. She can wiggle. She can giggle. But she can't move. Charlotte is completely helpless and unable to stop laughing.
