Extreme foot tickling.

Bella is a desperately ticklish ballerina straight from Italy. She calls her size 9 feet her instruments, and appropriately enough, they are the most sensitive part of her body. SHE DOESN'T KNOW IT YET, BUT BELLA'S IN FOR A SESSION THAT FOCUSES EXCLUSIVELY ON HER EXCRUCIATINGLY TICKLISH SOLES! She is wrapped and strapped to the bed, a position she hates to be foot tickled in. Making matters worse, her big toes have been toetied for complete immobility.
