They simultaneously attack each other's underarms, battling to see who can out tickle and outlast the other. Despite being wrapped and handcuffed together, they can still twist and move in a circle. This is quite a hilarious clip watching Charlee and JC joust for supremacy. For the most part, they tickle each other at the same time. However, there are attempts by one to block the other, to tickle the other when the other isn't reciprocating or catching their breath. JC misses the mark sometimes and tickles Charlee's ribs. One of the two finally gives up at the end. It was just too much agony for them to handle being tickled. This is a fun and entertaining clip to watch!
