Charlee interrogates her and chastises her about the horrible makeup and for making false promises. Charlee insists on getting her money back, despite their no refund policy. The saleswoman is very defiant and refuses, so to get her way, Charlee uses her greatest skill, tickle interrogating. As it turns out, the captured saleswoman is very ticklish on her feet and toes, especially while covered in silky nylons. This will work in the interrogator's favor! First, Charlee slowly removes the girls shoes to reveal her beautiful pantyhosed feet. She then tickle her feet using her only fingers and long fingernails to keep her laughing, screaming and squirming hysterically in agony. She tickles her soles, arches, heels and sides of her feet. She tickles underneath her toes and in between her toes, which brings her to hysterics. Despite the punishment, the woman remains defiant. But eventually, to stop her suffering, she finally agrees to give Charlee back all of her money and to reimburse her for the facial.
