Charlee interrogates her and chastises her about leaving the house without permission especially on a school night. Charlee wants to know where she went, who she was with and what she was doing. The step daughter is very sassy and defiant, so to get her to talk, Charlee uses her greatest skill, tickle interrogating. As it turns out, her step daughter is very ticklish on her feet and toes. This will work in the interrogator's favor! First, Charlee tickles her feet while she's still wearing her high heel shoes. The step daughter isn't sorry yet so Charlee punishes her further. Charlee removes the girls shoes leaving her barefoot. She then tickle her bare feet using her fingers, long fingernails and an electric toothbrush to keep her laughing, screaming and squirming as she suffers hysterically in agony. She tickles her soles, arches, heels and sides of her feet. She tickles underneath her toes and in between her toes, which brings her to hysterics. Despite the punishment and the harsh interrogation, the girl continues to play dumb. It's obvious she's lying. Her feet are slightly dirty and there are mud tracks leading into the house. Eventually, to stop her suffering, she finally tells her step mother everything she wants to know and promises never to go anywhere without permission, or else next time she will be tell her step-father, then she'll really be in trouble! Charlee leaves her there tied to the chair to think about her actions as she struggles in her bondage.
