Master O is unhappy. Barbara's lateness cost him his tickets to a show. He commands Diamond to tickle her as her punishment, which she happily obeys. Barbara tries to convince her she doesn't have to really do it since the Master is away, but there's no stopping Diamond. Orders are orders!
