It's been way too long since she's crushed a man's dreams. She decides to take over George's annual review from her assistant so she can him. To be rude to him, she props her legs on the massage table desk during the meeting for his annual review and makes him take of her heels and smell her feet to see if they stink.

At one point, her feet start to itch. So she makes him scratch her feet, but suddenly realizes that was a bad idea. She tries to mask her ticklishness, but he sees how much it's bothering her. Under the guise of 'trying to do a good job', he ties her feet in place so he can scratch her soles properly.

Things get crazy when he decides to combat the itching by oiling her soles and using a stiff hair brush to scratch out the itching. Seeing that he has her on the ropes, he leverages his position to negotiate a three dollar raise. Once she acquiesces to the raise under much he drops a bomb shell on her, handing her copies of papers he's collected for the past 12 years that she how she's been embezzling money from the company into her private account. He then tells her that he's going to have fun with her and she'll just have to take it. (To be continued in Part 2).
