Her mistake had not gone unnoticed by the senior vice president. He decided to take action and punish her. Instead of docking her pay or suspending her, he had decided to take a more creative approach: punish her with tickling.

"Alice, I'm disappointed in you," he said sternly. "Your mistake has cost the company a lot of money. I'm afraid I will have to punish you for your negligence."
