The camera angle and body position would be like the first pic where the foot model has ankles tied to chair and feet are spread apart a little and her soles are exposed. If possible she would also be gagged. The tickler would walk in with gloves on. She would kneel at the foot models feet and slowly take off her gloves to reveal her long red nails to the camera.
