Hailie has her arms spread out and taped and her feet taped together. Nera comes in, teases her then stick her tickling fingers inside Hailies high heel making Hailie bust into laughter. Nera takes off one of her high heel then slips her fingers again itno her heel tickling the inner part of her soles but decides to take the off.
