Starring Akira Shell and Olivia Kasady

Two lovely (and ticklish) ladies come over for some tickling fun. Akira volunteers to go first in the Tickle Strip challenge. So she under the fingers of Olivia Kasady, and she must keep her arms up while being tickled. If she brings her arms down, she will get a slight break but must remove an article of clothing. Is Olivia Kasady skilled enough of a tickler to get get Akira out of her clothes or will Akira be able to resist?
