As you probably know, one of Brooke’s most ticklish spots is upper ribs and armpits. So by tying her down with her arms up, we have easy access to those spots. When she realizes that LB is about to focus there when he straddles her legs, all she can say over and over is “Awe man, I can’t take it.” Does that stop him? Of course not.
