Catwoman had let the Bat escape every single time. So her ‘friend’ decided to show her how to properly restrain someone so she can learn. Since she had tried to break into his place, this seemed like a perfect time. So she is secured to a table and to prove to her these restraints do their job, she is tickled all over her upper body, hips and thighs. She learns very quickly that she is going nowhere. Will she learn, so next time the Bat won’t escape? We shall see.
