For some reason Peko Lux finds herself wrapped securely to a backboard, when LB walks in. She asks for his help to get loose, but when he is trying to get her out, he discovers that she is ticklish. So what does he do? Well under the pretence of getting her out, he tickles her. What a cruel thing to do! Maybe someone will show up to help. Someone does show up, Psymon Jerusalem. Maybe he will have better luck at getting her out...or will he just take advantage of having a very ticklish female all tied down and exposed?
