Scarlett is tickled on her feet while completely immobilized, wrapped in latex. She has done this session before, but it doesn't seem to get any easier for her, as she really can't do anything but lay there and take the tickling. Around five minutes into the clip she says "I never know why I agree to do this, I hate it every time!" There is still a lot of time to go though, and Scarlett has a mix of reactions as her baby oiled soles get tickled with my fingers and all sorts of tickle tools.
