Salem is tied to the Board. Her arms are secured above/next to her head to expose her underarms and her barefeet rest in the stocks.

The first part of the clip is dedicated to tickling her sides, belly and armpits. From there I work my way down to her wrinkly soles and tickle them for a bit, before moving back to her upper body. I noticed that I get better results from her when I keep switching the tickle spots rather quickly.
