We had been out to a club and I was taking my now somewhat friend home. I knew the fuel light was on when we left for hers but had no idea I wouldn't make it, the result being my car spluttering to a halt. We weren't quite in the middle of nowhere but it was no less a problem!

I had a 5 litre can of fuel in the car and was sure this would get us out of the fix but we found that despite putting this in the tank it still wouldn't start. I also found something new out about my car....there is a limit to how many times I can try and start it! The observant amongst you will have seen on my previous videos that to start my car, I just press the starter button and the car does the rest. Well, this has now stopped working properly so I now have to hold the starter button in. Thinking that it would eventually start I held the button in longer than I usually would and after three minutes it refused to try and start again. You will see me pressing the button but nothing happens.

So we called the AA and sat chatting until I found that the engine would try and start again, about half an hour later. We then had a further nine minutes of me trying to start it, bouncing in the seat and getting a little frustrated and even more embarrassed!!!

We got home at 2am!
