Happy Christmas to all my fans, old and new, wherever you are in the world! I started this studio in June of 2018 and had no idea I was about to become immersed into a community I didnt know existed. I CERTAINLY had no idea I was going to receive some of the feedback I have! To All of You, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! And to those I've yet to reply to by email, irrespective of how long ago it was....I will, rest assured!!

To celebrate, I have some nice updates coming for the Christmas period so do keep an eye out for them. In the meantime...back to Halloween 2018, or more precisely my Halloween party of Saturday the 27th October. I had gone out for the evening to a fancy dress party dressed as a Witch, a long black and green dress with the traditional pointed hat, green tights and my now famous and fabulous furry black heels. I had parked up in a car park in my nearby town and returned to my Ford at around 11pm. The car hadn't actually given me much in the way of problems for some weeks, I would suggest because I have been driving it regularly.
My good run came to an end that night; it wouldn't start. It was another one of those circumstances where each time I tried it had the same result; the relentless, frustrating ru...ru...ru...ru...ru...ru that really does make my toes curl with frustration! The video begins with a recording from the fixed camera under my seat that turns on automatically on motion detection. This captured the first few minutes of me trying unsuccessfully to get the engine to start. It was some way in to the video before I realised the radio was still on, and I have to say...having played the video back, the song lyric "I feel good when I push...I feel good when I pull" was in NO WAY choreographed! It was simply what was on the radio at the time!
Having failed to get it to start, I decided to mount my mobile phone onto the headrest of my seat, looking down over my left shoulder using a flexi-tripod that I now carry with me. This is a new angle for me and I hope you guys like it; It gives a greater impression of the view I actually see when sitting in the car. I gave it a few more minutes of cranking in this position before then moving the tripod to the front passenger seat, from where I recorded a few more minutes (this time I turned the radio off). All the time the under seat camera was still running and I have used this angle a couple of times in the finished video, edited together with the other two perspectives.
There is a second video from this night to come where I held the camera and looked down at my feet as I pumped with my shoes on as well as off. The car never did start and in the end, rather than ruining another starter I called for the A.A. Look out for that one, as well as my two specials of the season dressed as Mrs Santa Claus and as an elf!
