Rosie Satin is called in to arrest Blake LaVista. Rosie enters Blakes home and handcuffs her so she can look for evidence. Blake eventually gets hogcuffed while Rosie seems to make a play for a beautiful heroine. Will Rosie arrest Blake or keep her all to herself?
