London's babysitting, talking to the people she's watching, saying she's really bored. They convince her to tie herself up to break up the boredom. She half-heartedly agrees, then takes rope and ties her ankles and knees. But later Blake walks in and sees London hogtied on the floor and can't believe London allowed them to tie her up. Blake starts to untie her until she recognizes London as the girl who got her kicked off the cheerleading team. Blake ties London up again and tickles her bare feet.
