The scene opens on Natty, a nurse with a rebellious attitude, sitting in a chair playing on her cell phone. She is dressed in white lingerie - a matching bra, panties, garter belt, and stockings - as well as opera gloves and a nursing outfit complete with hat.

Meanwhile, her patient is laying in bed and giving Natty a laundry list of demands that she ignores. As he continues to bark orders at her, Natty becomes increasingly irritated. She warns him that if he doesn't calm down or she will restrain him to the bed. He apologizes and tries to calm down, but secretly plots his revenge...

Later, when Natty enters the room again, she realizes that her patient is no longer in his bed. Before she can react, he grabs her from behind. When she wakes up, she realizes she has been restrained with a metal collar/cuff contraption attached to a chain tied to the bed.

As Natty struggles against her restraints, Sam enters the room and accuses her of being a lousy nurse who needs to show him some respect. Despite her protests and complaints, he decides re tie her once again by putting a leather collar around her neck and chaining it to the bed just like before. This time, however, she is also bound with tight ropes around her wrists (behind her back), chest harness, ankles, and knees.

Natty silently pleads with her eyes for release as Sam leaves the room once again, taunting her about becoming a better nurse after enduring more weeks of this treatment. She whimpers through the ball-gag in her mouth and continues to struggle until exhaustion overtakes her. Will Natty ever be freed from her restraints? The answer remains to be seen.
