Luna Stars returns and is bound to a chair in the first scene. Her partner in crime leaves her bound in a warehouse because she hid his share of the diamonds. Luna finally tells him where the gems are and he goes off to find them, leaving poor Luna bound and gagged in the hot warehouse. Policewoman, Sapphire Moon debuts and finds Luna in the warehouse and arrests her for warrants in another state. She takes Luna to a hotel so she can drive her prisoner the next day.
