Blake LaVista is home relaxing when she is overcome by Rosie Satin. Rosie will tie Blake up and hold her for ransom until he step-daddy, the mayor, releases Rosies boyfriend. Blake is struggling to get free and finally escapes and overcomes Rosie. Blake ties her up tightly and then calls the police.
