Kody's relaxing when Blake knocks on her door. Kody invites her in and Blake starts complaining that her and London are always parking on her side of the street. Kody hits back her back with that she has loud parties and it's apparent they're not getting along as neighbors. Kody gets sick of her whining, takes out some rope and ties Blake's wrists behind her back. Kody takes more rope and completely ties Blake to the bench, gags her with a cloth gag and starts to tickle her. Kody then leaves her, saying London will be home shortly.

London comes home and Blake talks her into freeing...

London comes home and Blake talks her into freeing her. London takes off Blake's gag and unties all the ropes, but that turns out to be a mistake. As soon as Blake is freed she grabs London and ties her arms behind her back with rope. She then completely ties London to the bench. As Blake is able to leave Kody comes back. But as a twist, she's not going to rescue London. Instead she wants to watch Blake tickle her.
