London Evans is broke and has no money to pay the rent. She asks her friend Macy for a loan to help her get on her feet. Macy asks for Kodys step-sister London, as collateral for the loan. Kody ties up London and holds her until Macy arrives. Kody turns the tables on Macy after she receives the cash and ties Macy up with London. Kody tickles and torments our teens unmercifully.
