London hasn't cleaned the house but was about to go out in the town with Macy. That really pissed Kody off so she's out to teach London a lesson by tying her up.

In this episode, Macy has already come in is helping London get untied. But Kody runs up behind Macy, grabs her and ties her wrists behind her back.
