In the previous episode, Batgirl has already freed herself just in time to disarm the bomb. Now, she needs to untie her step-sister, Wonder Woman who is hogtied and gagged on the floor. As Batgirl unties her Kody praises her, saying that she's finally earned the title of being Batgirl. But now Kody's on a mission to capture the villain who captured and tied them up.

They leave and accomplish their mission. The villain is now tied to the chair with rope and now they place the bomb on him. They berate him, flog him and even use barbed wire to ties his knees together. But now Wonder W...
