Frankie is an excellent tickler, and she has Lexi bouncing and screaming in an effort to get away from those tickling fingers. Then The Badman decides, in true Badman fashion, to make things just a little bit worse! He ties one of Lexi's feet up to the railing so Frankie has better access.....Poor Lexi!
