Nicole is working on a big story involving a local criminal. When she sees him leave his house, she sneaks in to look for the evidence she needs. But as she is snooping around, the man returns and catches her. She tries to make him believe that she is from a government agency conducting a survey. But he doesn't buy it. He makes her take off her business suit so she is just wearing her underwear. Then he ties her up with rope to keep her out of his way as he plans his escape.
